Swollen lymph nodes
I had swollen lymph nodes for 6 months which is painful to touch. It has not increased in size. Fnac says it is reactive. I had not experienced any other symtoms. These are ultrasound report of my nodes. Just by looking at report can u tell me whether it is malignant or not. Do i need to do excisional biopsy?

If u have symptoms like weight loss ,loss of appetite or fever...then go for excision biopsy right away...
If no other symptoms...1 × 1cm node can wait for evaluation...
Need further details about family history and drug intake , pain severity and associated factors for further steps...
