I hv swelling on my face,mouth ulcer problem and burning sensation on my body...my blood report shows Vit B12 value 358 and vit D  total value 28.50.

Kindly attach your blood report. As for what you have mentioned both your vit b12 level and vitamin d level without units I can't give any comment on it. Mouth ulcer can occur due to various reasons like Sharpe teeth, gastritis and vit c deficiencies
