Through diet you can consume high biological value moderate plant proteins, lean meats, poultry, wild fish, iron rich foods like bananas, raisins, dates til, jaggery etc...for iron...and along with iron should have to consume vitamin c rich foods like guava,, citrus fruits as well , as vitamin c helps in the absorption of iron as well...so both are important..to consume through natural diet..
And exposure to sun ,and including calcium rich foods through diet are also very essential and beneficial .
Vitamin d also helps much in the absorption of calcium..and helps in giving strength to bones and fitness too..
