I am a woman who is preparing to get pregnant soon.I wanted to take Omega 3 supplements for my body as in India, I don't consume any fatty liver products like salmon fish and all, so I need the best recommendation for this supplement, which companies provide the best supplement as well as the dosages also. Secondly should I continue taking this supplement even after I get pregnant?
