My wife is suffering with piles since one year. The pain is now too bad. Please suggest an immediate treatment that could reduce her pain.

she should take plenty of leafy vegetables, roughage which will form more soft stool,cow milk.sucral ano cream in anal canal to apply at bed time and liver syrup ,along with anti amoebic tablet course, of course plenty of liquid.
