From yesterday night suffering with fever, body pains and head ache. Had paracitimal today morning. Still feeling fever and head ache.

Hi, Your symptoms are suggestive of viral fever. General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
