Hello Mr. I read ur concern , it not easy to cope with all these issue everyday in life. Peace is very important & crucial for ur personal, social & proffessional well being. I will point some very important issue that u sud understand clearly. 1. Mental illness is sometimes ignored or misunderstood or underestimated by patient or family member. Why this is important bcoz, if proper insight was not present in patient's mind or family member, before or during treatment , it will lead to poor compliance with drug & discontinuation of treatment. 2. I believe the previous Psychiatrist has psycho educated you regarding the course, outcome & prognosis of ur issues, I will repeat same, OCD is important to treat and it takes time depending upon various favorable or unfavorable condition of ur life, which decides the future of ur recovery. 3. Stopping drugs on ur own & starting new without supervision of consultant will certainly cause problems. So if u r not in condition to understand the importance of taking Medicines in these situation ,it's better ur significant family member must be talked about it. 4. Nothing in Psychiatry is tough to treat only it demands proper discussion with Psychiatrist & show great patience but this is not for u, bcoz u r already a patient, it implies upon family member, that why I told earlier , family member is very important to be involved now.
Next Steps
1.I request pls visit any Psychiatrist or any other       mental health professionals but the visit must    be along family member. 2. Follow one treatment only of your choice but      it need good compliance. 3. You need to discuss wid ur family member     before approaching to any consultant. 4. I am here to help you , any doubts will     appreciated.
Health Tips
