Kindly continue with ORS and paracetamol. You require antibiotics since you developed fever but if your fever has subsided by now you will not require it. The following steps may help - Aim at drinking a minimum of 3 liters of water alternate between ORS and plain water. - Do not skip meals, consume a liquid diet consisting of soups and juices and slowly increase the consistency as per how you can tolerate the food. - Drink lots of coconut water, lime juice, rice starch with salt, plain water - Rest plenty.
