It may be due to a food-borne infection (bacterial or parasitic) after consuming outside food. It could also be an intestinal infection such as amoebiasis or giardiasis, or a post-infectious trigger like IBS/IBD. You should visit our clinic with your stool report so that we can take a detailed history and advise appropriate medication based on your reports

Your report shows infection signs like mucus pus cells and bacteria which can cause frequent motions after outside food. Start ORS frequently to prevent dehydration You can take a probiotic like Sporlac or Econorm Take light diet like rice curd banana avoid spicy food If motions are not reducing you may need antibiotics after proper evaluation Please book a consultation so I can guide you with exact treatment.

Could be food poisoning. Mostly food poisonings are due to Viral acute gastroenteritis. And it'll subside on its own with ORS and Probiotics. You see carefully whether you're having any Mucus or not. And whether you have frequent similar episodes to rule out IBS. If yes do inform. Try to TEST: CBC, CRP(if neutrophil high it's Bacterial)
Next Steps
1. ors --1L/day 2. PAN 40-- ONCE ON EMPTY STOMACH*5 DAYS (SOMETIMES IT'S GASTRITIS CAUSING LOOSE STOOLS NOT MOTIONS) 3. VSL 3-- THRICE DAILY AFTER MEAL*5 DAYS(KEEP IN refrigerator not FREEZER) 4. ZEDOTT 100-- 3 TAB STAT>> IF STILL PERSISTS DO inform
Health Tips
1. outside food to be prohibitef for next 4-5 days 2. try to take clean water

Passing frequent stools (7–8 times a day) for a week after consuming outside food strongly suggests a case of Post-Infectious Enteritis or lingering Bacterial/Parasitic Colitis. Even if the stools are not watery, the frequency indicates that your large intestine is inflamed and irritable. While the initial infection might have started as 'Food Poisoning,' the persistent frequency after a week means your gut's natural flora (healthy bacteria) has been severely disrupted and needs restoration."

Health Tips
Gut Microbiome Imbalance: Outside food often contains pathogens that kill off good gut bacteria. Without these bacteria, your colon cannot properly absorb moisture or regulate stool frequency, leading to 7–8 trips to the washroom. Intestinal Irritability: The 'insult' to your digestive tract from the outside food has left your intestines hyper-sensitive. Every time you eat, the gastrocolic reflex is over-triggered. Lingering Infection: If the stool test you attached shows any presence of leukocytes or specific cysts, it would confirm that the infection is still active and needs targeted treatment beyond just probiotics.
