HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES IN DAY TIME. TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET AS REQUIRED OR TWO-TIMES A DAY. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUIDS. VEGETABLE SOUP , TOMATO SOUP GIVES YOU ENERGY AND RELIEF. NO COLD THINGS. O.K BYE.
