Sudden pain in upper back
Several time I have sudden upper back pain like congestion which cause pain in chest also. When I move it is worse. It comes and goes.
I think it's a gastric problem. I go for ECG any time after this type of pain but everything normal. Doctor always gave gastric injection.
Please suggest diet or medicine to control this

Plenty of liquids like coconut water butter milk fresh curd. If congestion is also with this so u need nimupani in luckwarm water. Adv

Consult a general physician MD,till than,light dietlike chapati rice green vegtables,dal, curd according to seasons. If u change diet problem reduccedto nil. For pain tab hifanac mrone after food as per requirement. cap ocid d before breakfast till u take that tab, specially light diet is recommended. Ok.
