I feel low, not just recently, it's been a long time. I feel very tensed regarding alot many things, which may or may not be directly related or connected to my life or not. Sometimes, I just zone out, & when I come back to realise that I zoned out, I start feeling low again. I don't know whether I should say that I might be depressed or not, but sometimes I do feel so. I need help. I don't know what to do. Minor things tend to affect me alot. Whether it be about the career oriented phase of my life, family issues, or even my love life/relationships & all, everything tends to affect me, no matter how big or small the issue is.
