Feeling low as I am facing stomach issues from past 6 months, been to 3 doctors, gone through multiple tests but still not a significant change. I am an overthinker also due to which I think a lot about the negative potential causes and have been in so much stress for quite a long time. I am tired of all this. What should I do ?
