I am having cough with blood. Stomach is tight and swollenAnd stomach pain . Is these are symtom of some this serious.

Please be clear if it's cough with streaks of blood or you are coughing out blood clots which are little brown coloured. And if it's the later with your stomach distended then please consult a doctor immediately offline for a proper examination and evaluation. If it's just streaks of blood after you have bouts of cough then have steam inhalation and salt water to gargle, and your stomach distension may be because of some other reason. There needs to have a proper history to be taken before proceeding with other things.
