I am suffering with stomach pain and watery loose motion as well as gas form for 5 hours. Please help me

Hello. Well I would suggest yu to take orni o tablet twice a day for 3 days ...Take mefthal spas twice a day and also sporolac tablet twice a day...And make sure that you drink water well...Hope you understand... Thank you
