Stomach pain and fever

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi, I am suffering from stomach pain , headache and fever from last 3 to 4 days. I am going through treatment from local physician and he had suggested below mentioned medicines. Zifi o Dolo 650 Lumerax Resipro My typhoid, malaria and jaundice reports are negative but still i am not able to recover after taking this medicines from last 3 days.
