O2 saturation of 95-96 is fine as you don't have any respiratory system related symptoms.Monitor your BP and glucose levels, see that these are well controlled.

A blood oxygen saturation level (SpO2) of 95–96% is within the normal range for most healthy individuals. However, it is important to note that SpO2 levels can vary depending on a number of factors, including age, underlying health conditions, and altitude. Since you have high blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol, it is important to monitor your SpO2 levels regularly and report any significant changes to your doctor, or you can consult online with me. This is especially important if you experience any symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. It is also important to note that while SpO2 levels can provide useful information, they are just one part of a comprehensive evaluation of your overall health.
Health Tips
To help maintain healthy SpO2 levels, there are several preventive measures you can take, including: Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Adopting healthy habits, such as exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, and eating a balanced diet can help promote good respiratory health and maintain healthy SpO2 levels. Avoid smoking: Smoking can damage the lungs and decrease SpO2 levels, so it's important to quit smoking and avoid exposure to secondhand smoke. Stay well-hydrated: Drinking plenty of fluids can help prevent dehydration, which can cause a decrease in SpO2 levels. Avoid exposure to pollutants: Environmental pollutants, such as air pollution or chemicals, can harm the lungs and decrease SpO2 levels. To minimize exposure, avoid areas with high levels of pollution and use protective equipment if necessary. Manage underlying health conditions: If you have underlying health conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol, it is important to work with your healthcare provider to manage these conditions effectively. This can help prevent complications and maintain healthy SpO2 levels. Regularly monitor SpO2 levels: If you have a history of low SpO2 levels or are at risk of developing respiratory issues, it is important to monitor your SpO2 levels regularly. This can help identify any changes or issues early and allow for timely intervention if needed. By following these preventive measures and working with your healthcare provider to manage any underlying health conditions, you can help maintain healthy SpO2 levels and promote good respiratory health.
