Hello First of all, it’s good that you’re self-aware and trying to take care of your health again — that’s the most important step toward recovery. From what you’ve described — persistent weakness (physical + mental), stress, and loss of energy — it seems like a combination of nutritional deficiency, low Vitamin D/B12, and stress-related fatigue. Let’s go step-by-step 1. Vitamin D3: You can take Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU once weekly (for 8 weeks) — preferably after a meal containing fat or milk. It helps restore energy, muscle strength, and mood. 2. Vitamin B12: If you feel tingling, numbness, or constant fatigue, Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg injection once weekly for 6 weeks is very effective. (Each injection is usually 1 mL — intramuscular, in the upper arm or gluteal region.) 3. Multivitamin & Vitamin C: You can take a good-quality multivitamin capsule daily with breakfast. Add Vitamin C 500 mg daily — helps immunity and reduces fatigue. 4. Lifestyle fixes: Eat protein-rich meals (eggs, paneer, dal, lean meat). Stay hydrated — 2.5–3 L/day. Morning sunlight for 15–20 mins daily. Walk or stretch for 20 minutes to release endorphins and rebuild motivation. Your symptoms are likely reversible, but it’s important to check your CBC, Vitamin D, B12, Thyroid, and fasting sugar once to see the exact cause of the weakness — we can then correct it precisely instead of guessing. If you’d like, I can plan your vitamin injection schedule + nutritional recovery plan so you regain strength in 7–10 days safely without overloading your body. You can message me directly on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five three six for a personalized recovery plan and injection guidance.
