Having saviour knee pain on my left knee. The pain comes to my waist as well. Cannot sleep at sleep. If also I fall asleep I aake3at night due to the pain on my kness

generally the pain from knee joint does not travel(radiate) to other areas. plus you seem to have resting knee pain.. so In my opinion doctor should check your spine for nerve pressure pain also

Get some x-rays. And meet an orthopaedician he will guide you further. Meanwhile take some painkillers and meet a physiotherapist for exercises.
