I have a fibula head fracture six weeks ago and also injury at the knee joint. Now the fracture is likely healed and no pain at the fibula head. But during walking and when putting pressure on the knee joint there is pain at the knee joint specially at the patella region. What can be done?

Your X-ray suggests an arcuate sign (small avulsion at fibular head), which may indicate posterolateral corner injury. Your knee pain can be due to quadriceps weakness, patellofemoral irritation, or associated ligament injury (like ACL) with or without meniscus injury
Next Steps
Needs proper knee examination. Based on findings, an MRI may be required
Health Tips
Avoid twisting, squatting, and heavy activity.
