My father 60 yrs old with complains of difficulty in walking, b/l knee swelling and pain, with bowing of right knee( varus deformity)
Please suggest treatment. I am adding image of knees.

He is above 60 and he must be having grade IV osteoarthritis of b/L kne( right > left) with right varus deformity. As other surgeons said u need to take Xray of B/L knee - AP standing view. He may need Total knee replacement on right side. This is the right time to go for it. Ur physiotherapy exercises, pain killers, strengthening exercises may be of some use. But not gonna cure it. Better go for surgery.
