Can u plz mention which type of pain exactly it is ..If it is radiating pain then mostly it is related to acidity...

Hi As you say that pain in right arm, and interscapular region back pain? This correlates with cervical discogenic and nerve root compression related pain. If your pain score is low, continue medicine and physiotherapy. If pain score more that 4/10 means 40% and above then need to go for MRI and identify lesions.
