Severe Back Pain
I am a 21 year woman. I am having severe back pain since morning. At first I was having stomach ache due to gastric problem. Then I had Norflox 400 and Omez. After that my stomach ache had stopped but my bowel movement also stopped. Since then I am having a severe pain in my lower back especially the left part till my thighs. I cannot sit up and I am not able to walk. What should I do. I have applied Iodex and applied hot water bag also but that didn't do any good. I don't have a history of any accidents also.

First of all, donot take antibiotics without a doctor's advice. You need to be evaluated, might need a X-ray abdomen and a ultrasound scan. Take a paracetamol tablet for pain relief and visit a doctor for further testing.
