Right side chest pain

Hi docter I am facing pain in right side of my chest from long time. Initially I was told it might be gas. But problem is persisting from last 3 months Plz suggest

If you suffer from acidity or chest burn or regularly use medication for gastritis the chest pain could be due to gas , but there are many other causes which could lead to such symptoms and need detailed history & a bit of investigations
