1) Syp. Dextromethorphan 10ml BD, * If it is dry cough (without sputum)
OR
Syp. Bromhexine 10ml BD, * If productive cough (with sputum)
2) Tab Amoxiclave 625mg BD
3) Tab Pantop 40 1OD
4) Tab Levocetrizine 5mg 1HS

You are having cough for 4 days. These days Covid 19 is rampant all over India.
Please consult a General Physician in your area. He will do a thorough examination, including your throat and chest. In case he finds some abnormalities he will treat you accordingly. Tele-consultation may not be adequate because you are suffering since 4 days.
