For promoting healing of the sebaceous cyst and addressing secondary infection, here are some Ayurvedic suggestions: Internal Remedies: Turmeric: 1/2 tsp in warm water or milk daily for anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Ashwagandha: 1 tsp with warm milk at night to support tissue regeneration. Guduchi: 1/2 tsp in warm water twice daily for immune boosting. Amla: 1 tsp in water for Vitamin C to aid healing. External Remedies: Neem Paste: Apply crushed neem leaves on the wound for infection control. Manjistha Paste: Apply for inflammation and faster healing. Aloe Vera Gel: For soothing and accelerating wound recovery. Dietary & Lifestyle: Eat Vitamin C-rich foods (like guava and oranges) and Omega-3 (like flaxseeds). Herbal teas (Chamomile, Ginger) can help reduce inflammation. Maintain good hygiene and avoid tight clothing. Consult with a doctor before starting these remedies due to your hypertension medication.
