Inderal (propranolol) 10mg once daily is generally insufficient for managing tachycardia or arrhythmias. Your resting pulse of 100-110 is elevated. Recommendations: 1. The dose is likely too low - typical range is 40-80mg daily for rate control 2. Need proper cardiac evaluation including Holter monitor to assess rhythm 3. Rule out underlying causes: thyroid issues, anemia, anxiety, caffeine 4. ECG shows normal sinus rhythm but elevated rate 5. Consider increasing dose under cardiologist guidance 6. Lifestyle modifications: reduce caffeine, stress management, adequate sleep Don't self-adjust dosage. Consult your cardiologist for proper titration based on response and side effects. The medication needs optimization for adequate heart rate control.

The images you sent are not easy to see. The two things I can just about see, 1. Episodes of fast pulse (look like re-entry tachycardia) 2. Very short PR interval (suspicious of WPW syndrome) If you can, please upload recent ECG and also if you have had a blood tests for Thyroid (as sometimes that can cause similar symptoms you state). In the mean while you can keep on the Inderal. All the best J G S R

Your holter report is normal no harmful arrhythmia recorded.                                     resting pulse of 100–110/min can commonly occur because of stress, anxiety, dehydration, caffeine, or lack of sleep. It does not necessarily indicate a heart rhythm problem. Inderal (propranolol) 10 mg once daily is a very low dose, and sometimes may not fully control your heart rate. Any dose change should be done only after reviewing your blood pressure and symptoms.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated and avoid excess caffeine • Practice regular breathing/relaxation exercises • Check TSH (thyroid) if not done recently
Health Tips
If fast heart rate persists or you feel palpitations/dizziness, meet a cardiologist for further evaluation or dose adjustment
