Hello. ST episode minutes is evaluation of the pattern of ‘ST segment’ which is part of ECG. It denotes variation from normal pattern of ST segment. Though what is written in a Holter report needs to be confirmed by a doctor by analysing the complete ECG prints. The variations can be normal in most cases due to body movements. In your case ST segment changes can also be noted due to supraventricular tachycardia.

You have shared this before as I recall the Holter. As I stated previously it does look like your heart rate goes fast (we call it tachycardia) and in your case it looks like re-entry tachycardia (ie the 278 episodes) possibly from a condition called WPW syndrome. You do need to have an Echocardiogram and consult your local Cardiologist. In the meantime you can take Bisoprolol 2.5mg once a day in the morning. All the best. J G S R
