Hello. This doesn’t seem like atrial fibrillation. Machine readings can sometimes be erroneous. You need a proper consultation with a physician for proper assessment of complete holter report.

This is atrial tachycardia with aberrant conduction with very short PR interval. This is what you can see in cases of WPW syndrome. All the best. J G S R clinic

I understand your confusion. You are right to question this, and your observation is clinically important. Medical Opinion (Based on the Holter strip you shared) This rhythm does NOT look like atrial fibrillation. What is seen on the strip: • Very regular rhythm • Narrow QRS complexes • Heart rate ~165–170/min • Uniform R-R intervals • P waves are likely present but merged with preceding T waves due to fast rate
Next Steps
1. Cardiologist review of raw Holter tracings (manual interpretation) 2. 12-lead ECG during symptoms (most important) 3. Consider event monitor if episodes are intermittent 4. Echocardiography if not done 5. Review triggers: anxiety, caffeine, dehydration, thyroid issues

As P wave is present and rhythm is regular in above ecg,so this ecg is not suggestive of atrial fibrillation. But definitely there is increased heart rate so Probably this ecg is suggestive of SVT. Better to consult cardiologist there.
