Reduced End Diastolic Flow Umbilical Art - I Am 35 Week 4 Days

Reduced end diastolic flow umbilical art

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 35 week 4 days pregnant, in my 34.1week scan baby growth was showing 31.2 week with baby weight as 1692 gm +- 247 in Doppler scan. Also there was reduced diastolic flow in umbilical artery with sd ratio as 3.47,Pi and Ri is normal. Rest other parameters (afi,uterine artery, mca,cerebral ,cerebroplacental,ductus etc) are normal. My next Doppler is scheduled tomorrow. Please note my fetal movement are good and m on high protein diet, amino acid, Arginine. Please advise what can be further line of treatment and follow up or how much can I wait for delivery.
