Your CBC report is normal , cholesterol levels HDL and LDL levels are normal , triglycerides levels are slightly elevated.
There's no need to start medicine for lowering triglycerides at this stage.
Reduce your weight , consume lots of fresh fruits and vegetables , adequate water intake and daily exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week will help you.
Normal T3 and T4 levels with slight elevation of TSH level is known as subclinical hypothyroidism.Treatment is required only if you are symptomatic, TSH level is above 10 or if you are planning for pregnancy.

You need to eat fibre rich fruits like kiwi,oranges,guava,gooseberry ,grapes ,and cucumbers ,carrots,beetroot,broccoli.
Regular physical exercise which can increase your metabolic rate.
No need of medication, as of now ,for thyroid problem.
