Regarding back pain
Can you pls suggest the dosage of Altraday tablet for back sprain for 48yrs old women...gave some relief while using for 2 days but for how many days we can use it?? Consulted a GP near by...he gave an injection but hardluck.. still she have back pain while getting up...it is OK while sleeping, standing..but while getting up it hurts

Altraday cab be taken safely for 10 days if she doesn't have any other combidities. Don't make a habit of it If in severe pain, take combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant. Get TENS therapy from a physio nearby.
Next Steps
If not relieved, get xrays done and get in touch.
