Red dots on body and pain

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I was feeling pain in my arms and my body became hot i thought it's a normal fever and took a medicine paracetamol (1/2 ) of 650 mg but today i saw many pimples like red dots on my body and somewhere on my head , they were there from 1 or 2 days what should i do for this situation
