Takrarist is very gud ayurvedic Arista for sangarahini(colitis) but you not show what are your prob ..how many days/years you suffers these problem
So plzz consult a ayurveda physcain properly ..not single med give results.. diet and lifestyle make proper role so plzz consult .not take any medicine for self

Why you want to use takraarisht.
Koi bhi medicine one week use krne kr bad he results deti ha so every doctor has his own protocol. If you want to use that medicine then take it regular for one week and if you get good results then you can continue it.
Second if this medicine have any side effects then it will appear with in two days and then you can leave it.
If you share your problem and symptoms then doctor can suggest you right medicine for your problem.
Avoid self medication.
