  4. Prolonged breast pain. To get relief?

Prolonged breast pain
I have this annoying pinching pain in my right breast. I checked once with the doctor but with any examination was told it's hormonal. It's more before the monthly cycle but lasts even afterwards. What is the cause of this and how to get relief?
