Usually having haemorrhoids will not affect your pregnancy in any way or the child for that matter. But it might be a case of concern during the delivery. If you're planning for a normal vaginal delivery, then the haemorrhoids pain usually aggravates during labour which usually leads to the obstetrician applying forceps or vaccum for extraction of the baby which in turn is not good for the baby.
