Piercing pain in foot and hands

Asked for Male, 30 Years

From a few days I am having a kind of piercing pain in my foot,on toe and near the nails of both my fingers and foot. I have not got any injury it all started suddenly. I get the pain only for a few seconds but it is sharp.
