You need PPI drugs and antacid syrup for two months And h pylori eradication treatment is advisable after urease breath test You should avoid spicy foods and tea coffee beverages and carbonated drinks Avoid smoking and alcohol intake Do not skip the morning breakfast There should be gap between food and sleeping by atleast 2 hrs
