My mother always has UTI markers, intermittent joint pain, swelling/ water retention in case of normal salt intake (only rock salt in moderation suits her). She has multiple lipomas and hypertension since years. Her ESR, HsCRP, homocysteine are persistently very high.
Please suggest next steps.

lipomas are harmless you need not worry about them. Looks like a lot of inflammatory symptoms. You can start with anti inflammatory diet and supplements
Hello!
So, as per your description your mother has some source of underlying inflammation which could be chronic. Also, raised homocysteine levels are not good for heart health.
Next Steps
I would advice you to do routine investigation for her like Kidney function tests(KFTs) and Liver function tests.
