Body pain and joint pain
My spouse has 30 yrs old. She has joint pain and headache  in her body from last 1 day. But she has no fever. What will we do. Please advise. Thanks,

Hi Mr, Thanks for reaching us for a professional help. Symptoms:-Joint pain,head ache from 1 day Without fever is a non specific. As initial step we can use Tab.Paracetamol 650 mg two times a day if there  is resolution of symptoms you can discontinue it. If still the symptoms persist with increase in fever we can go for blood investigations like dengue card test,typhoid(widal). If symptoms persist without fever it can be due to many other reasons then we can go for a complete blood picture (CBP) and continue further based on the results.
Next Steps
Tab.Paracetamol 650 mg two times a day after food morning and night.
