Painful Mouth ulcer
Is it lip bite or cold sore or canker sore...i am worried..it is painful...which treatment should I go for ? Should I go for acyclovir or simply zytee will do ... please help

Hi Is this the first time or keeps on recurring? Was there any fluid filled lesion prior to sore? Can be Herpes Labialis. But Acyclovir should not be started on your own..
