Is it a sore all over your lips or it is on single site grouped?..if it is grouped we should treat as herpes labialis if it is all over your lips we have to rule out vitamin deficiency

From your description and the image, this looks like herpes labialis (cold sore) rather than a simple pimple. These usually start like small bumps, then become painful, swollen, and may increase to 2–3 lesions as you described.
Next Steps
1. Start a topical antiviral cream like Acyclovir 5% (apply 4–5 times daily) 2. If pain and swelling are significant or lesions are multiple, you may need oral antiviral medication (after consulting a doctor) 3. Use a mild pain relief gel if needed 4. Keep the area clean and avoid touching/picking
Health Tips
- These sores are contagious, avoid kissing or sharing towels and other items till healed - Avoid spicy, salty, or very hot foods as they can increase irritation - Stress, low immunity, or fever can trigger such episodes - If this keeps recurring frequently, evaluation may be needed Most cases settle in 5–7 days, but early treatment helps reduce pain and duration.

This looks like cold sores. It can be painful but is manageable. Also, it is contagious, so please avoid kissing or sharing utensils towels until it heals. Start applying acyclovir cream 5 times daily, avoid touching the area, and use a cold compress for relief. If it worsens or recurs, we can start oral medication.

Based on your description of painful, pimple-like sores on the lips accompanied by swelling, this is likely Herpes Labialis (commonly known as Cold Sores) rather than a simple aphthous ulcer. Cold sores typically present as small, fluid-filled blisters that can merge and become quite painful. Since they are viral in nature, they require a specific antiviral approach to reduce the duration of the outbreak and manage the intense pain and swelling you are experiencing."
Next Steps
"1. Location: While aphthous ulcers usually occur inside the mouth on soft tissues, Herpes Labialis often appears on or around the border of the lips. 2. Progression: The 'pimple-like' start that becomes larger is classic for a viral blister. 3. Pain and Swelling: Viral sores often cause more significant local swelling and a throbbing or burning sensation compared to regular mouth ulcers."
