Pain in the middle of my chest

I have a pain in my chest in the last 2 days, it began one at night i drank some cold water at once. Then after like 2 hours i had this pain till today. From yesterday i am having a dry cough. Thank you

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .as of now you can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. It will come down by itself.
