I have pain in lower abdomen..not everytime i feel pain but in a day sometime pain is very badly..some cramp type..can u suggest me what is this or why. .i have already tqo ceaseran..first 7 yrs back and second 3 yrs back..pls suggest me.

It's looks like adhesive colic due to previous abdominal surgeries. Antispasmodic medicines will help you If you don't have vomiting or abdominal distension. If not, do CT scan.
