I have pain in my foot thumb some time it gone but when it comes in to contact of water i feel painful.There is no wound or cut but i feel.what should i do for curing this please suggest some ointment or medicine

If there is no history of injury, it might be due to high Uric acid. Check blood and urine. Then medicine can be given according to test results. Dr. Anis.
