Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am experiencing pain on the left side of my chest near breast area for quite some time. It didnt bother me for some time but again came back. I feel pain while stretching, bending, deep breathing and coughing and lifting anything heavy. Their has been no injury whatsoever...not into gymming as well and no major infection in the recent times. My shoulders, neck, back and arms hurt too. My feets itch during night and im even noticing some bumps on my butts, thighs, legs and Naval area which are very very itchy. It feels like needle pricks.very very Severe hairfall too. What might be the reason???? .😕
