Asked for Female, 22 Years

Few days before I feel little bit pain in my anal and itching also I thought it was cut but this is not that few days later I feel I am not able to pass stool properly because of pain I don't know what to do first I use few home redmi but that all not helpful and it is not possible to connect with doctor because of lockdown so can you please anyone tell me what to do for this can I take any medicine for this ???
