Pain in abdomen and burning sensation
Pain in abdomen and burning sensation. I drink beer often and smoke. Did my LfT and attaching report. but not much relief from pain after taking pantop d and antibiotics. Kindly see my lft report and let me know the cause of it.

Hi., I can understand your concern. You're reports suggesting increased liver enzymes and is due to drinking and smoking. Most of meds that we take won't work better when you consume alcohol.
Next Steps
take tab pan 40 twice a day before food tab gelusil 3 times a day after food. plan for USG abdomen LFT RFT urine complete RBS tests

Avoid alcohol and smoking avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items for a week. drink adequate water.

Drink a lot of water,alcohol can cause acute pancreatitis and have to do usg for further management,your LFT report shows liver injury by alcohol.
