This is due to gastritis. You should change your diet accordingly.

Pain that moves from one spot to another (armpit → chest → ribs), lasts days, then shifts, with no swelling/lumps is very unlikely to be a serious disease. This pattern is most consistent with: • Costochondritis / chest wall muscle pain • Somatic Symptom Disorder (anxiety-related body pain) • Gastritis-related referred discomfort (you already have erosive gastritis)
Next Steps
• Continue gastritis treatment as prescribed • Add for pain relief: – Short course of mild pain reliever (if tolerated) – Local hot fomentation • Evaluate basics (if not already done): – CBC, ESR (to reassure no inflammation) • Focus on anxiety management: – Relaxation techniques / breathing exercises – Consider consultation if anxiety is persistent
Health Tips
• Avoid repeatedly pressing/checking the painful area (worsens pain perception) • Maintain posture (screen time → chest wall strain) • Regular light exercise helps reduce both pain and anxiety • Gastritis + anxiety often create a pain amplification loop ⚠️ Red flags (seek review): • Persistent localized pain not shifting • Swelling/lump • Weight loss, fever ⸻
