Pain behind neck & upper back with fever
I have been suffering from pain behind neck & upper back with mild fever for past one year. I sometimes feel a pressure/ dizziness in my head also. Have got cbc, hb1ac, Widol, tb gold, mri spine, malaria, echo, usg abdomen, esr, tsh ,lft, kft- all possible tests, which all came out to be normal . I resorted to homeopathy which provided some relief..... I suffered from covid 2 months ago & was given doxy & ivermectin for 5 days. Surprisingly, my symptoms subsided & I felt completely normal for a few days but now they have reappeared. I feel frustrated being unwell for more than a year now. Kindly help

Postural pain might be there if you have work long hours while sitting. It seems to have no relation of fever with pain as one year of fever without any reason is unlikely.
Next Steps
fever may may due some other reason that need evaluation.
Health Tips
do not work for hours in same position. do some neck exercises.
